How to pass exams and maximise your grades ...

It's easy ... there's just three simple steps ...

1 Get the most out of lessons - stay focused and don't allow yourself to be distracted or "drift off"

2 Make clear, concise revision notes each week to summarise what you've learned - use examples from past papers. Near the end of the course you will only be using past papers to make notes & revise from

3 Know the past papers (and mark schemes) by doing each paper and then THOROUGHLY marking it - use a red pen for corrections*. You'll probably get the best out a paper if you do it three (yes, really) times

3a Get the most out of lessons - stay focused and don't allow yourself to be distracted or "drift off"

This method, when followed (more or less) has consistently got students on average a grade higher in AS/A2 Chemistry than their other subjects - guaranteed

* when you revise for the paper next time you need only concentrate on the "red" as you got the rest correct ... by the third time of doing you should get no "red" & will get 80+%  in the exam itself
