April 29th Dorney Wetlands The stars of last evening were still there this morning and stayed until 4pm at least. A coot flushed them from the island they had been yesterday and for most of today and they were settled on tern island when last seen. An oystercatcher made an appearance first thing and two male and a female wheatear were flitting up and down from the tree guards near the black bridge all afternoon. There may have been other stuff about but I really couldn't care! Note: view the "Status bar" (View menu) to see a log of the birds today CAMERA : E995V1.6 |
