April 9th Dorney Wetlands 08:50 After complaining about the poor numbers of wheatear eight bright males turn up today. Wheatear are one of the birds that know the exact distance you have to be to get decent digi-pics - and swoop-off just as you get to it. This male didn't know this and so perched up on a post invitingly. It was VERY windy and so there's quite a bit of camera shake but pretty nevertheless. CAMERA : E995V1.6 |
